Some activities require payment in advance, which you can complete by credit card during registration. Other activities also have a fee, but the amount will depend on the number of participants. In these cases, payment will be calculated at the time of the activity and can be made in cash or by transfer. Finally, some activities are paid, but you will be able to purchase your ticket on-site just before the event.

Please note that some activities take place simultaneously, offering options suited to different tastes, fitness levels, and budgets.

Check out the program for the complete list of cultural activities offered to KohaCon participants during the cultural day.

There is also an “Off KohaCon” activity planned for the Sunday before the conference, for those arriving early. Québec City is a three-hour drive from Montréal, and Old Québec is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll travel to Québec City in the morning, visit the Maison de la Littérature—a literary landmark in the city—and then tour Old Québec at our leisure. We’ll return the same day.

The team worked hard to find activities that are interesting and accessible to everyone. We hope you are as excited as we are about these opportunities and that you’ll enjoy discovering Montréal!
