As we gear up for the much-anticipated Kohacon24, we have some important updates and reminders to share with you.

Call for Speakers

The call for presentations has been open since early January, and we’re thrilled to see the engaging proposals coming in. Don’t miss the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with the Koha community! The submission deadline is April 30. Visit our website to submit your proposal and be part of shaping the Kohacon program.

Call for Workshops

For the hands-on part of Kohacon – the hackfest – we’re looking for engaging workshops to drive collaboration. If you have a workshop idea that you believe will inspire and educate, please submit it using the provided form. Let’s “build together” and make Kohacon 2024 an enriching experience for all.

Travel Documents for International Participants

For our international participants, it’s crucial to initiate your travel document requests promptly. A visa or electronic travel authorization (eTA) is required for all international visitors, excluding U.S. citizens. Please take a moment to use the government of Canada’s quiz to determine your specific requirements and ensure a smooth travel process.

COVID-19 Travel Information

While there are currently no specific entry requirements related to COVID-19, stay informed about the latest COVID-19 travel requirements before planning your trip to Canada. Check the COVID-19 travel information page for any updates.

Looking forward to your active participation in making Kohacon 2024 an unforgettable experience!
